Thrivent Financial for Lutherans offers three chapter Care programs that encourage our members and others to come together, through grassroots volunteer activities, to help those in need and to benefit communities and Lutheran congregations/organizations.
Care Abounds in Communities® Thrivent Financial members receive financial support and other resources for volunteer projects and/or fund-raising activities that benefit individuals, families, local communities or organizations that are exempt from federal income tax under section 501©(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, excluding congregations. Members submit activity/funding requests to their local Thrivent chapter leadership board.
Care in Congregations® Thrivent Financial members receive financial support and other resources for volunteer projects and/or fund-raising activities that benefit Lutheran congregations and related Lutheran organizations, including schools.
Care in Regions® Care in Regions® brings Thrivent Financial for Lutherans members, financial representatives and other volunteers together to make a significant difference for a cause that is meaningful in their region.

TFL is an organization that honors volunteerism and can sponsor activities to raise money for individuals in need (we helped a burn victim and a cancer patient), the church (raised money for debt reduction), community projects (placed benches on the Nickel Plate Trail and for Highway beautification), or world-wide projects (Riley Hospital through the Air Show). There are many other activities with which we have been affiliated, and every one of them has involved many, many volunteers and many volunteer hours.

THRIVENT FINANCIAL FOR LUTHERANS
Thrivent sponsors the Easter Breakfast, sells candy at the crafts fair, organizes funeral dinners and countless other projects. Matching funds from TFL for these projects are given to our church.
THRIVENT PITCH - IN DINNER AND GAME NIGHT
We resumed our pitch - in dinner and game night schedule in April with everyone meeting on the 3rd Friday evening at 6:00 p.m. Hope to see everyone there. Everyone is invited and bring a friend if you would like.
